CJ Wilson is getting ready for Spring Training

 

After having surgery on the left elbow, CJ has been throwing even before Christmas. Lets hope he comes strong because he is expected to be the number 2 starter this year.

 

“I have normal extension again,” Wilson said Tuesday at Occidental College, where he was appearing with Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw, Miami Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton, Tampa Bay Rays pitcher David Price and Washington Nationals pitcher Gio Gonzalez at an MLB 2K13 video game commercial shoot.
“Before, I could only bend it, stretch it up to around 30%.”(LA Times)

It is very good to hear that CJ feels good because without him the Angels will have a hard time competing with the powerhouses in the AL. He needs to return to his Texas Ranger shape when he was their number 1.
